Calendar Clock - Details

This is a large kit with over 260 parts and 2300 solder joints.  The PC board is 12 inch by 12 inch.  It is controlled by a pair of PIC microprocessors (from Microchip Technology Inc.)

 

The manual at the right discusses the circuitry and software design.

 

This can be mounted in a 12x12 shadow box and looks nice behind colored acrylic plastic.

The red version looks a bit more techno while the green looks more sedate-yet-classy.

 

The power supply module is a worldwide model supporting 100-240Volts and 50/60 Hz.  The supplied power cord is a US version, but the module accepts other cords.
